Music On Approval - Pepper has a generous ordering policy that lets teachers and directors order music to peruse for 30 or more days. The invoice you receive with the music will reflect a payment due date of the approval period, plus an additional 30 days. If you return music, a credit memo will be issued and applied to your account. The reduced amount of the invoice will show on your next monthly statement.

Same Day Shipping - Orders received within a particular warehouse location by 5pm local time will go out the same day (Monday-Friday only).
